Glen Schrieber, Superintendent

Born in Laurel, Nebraska; raised in Columbus, NE.
Married Karen Lubischer (of Lindsay, NE), 1975.

Graduate of Moody Bible Institute (’77) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (’85).

Planted churches in Louisville, New Orleans and Jacksonville.

Co-founded Urban Impact Ministries (New Orleans) and 2nd Mile Ministries (Jacksonville).

Father of five: Zac (’79), Nic (’83), Luke (’85), Steven (’88) and Sarah (’92). Grandfather of seven!

Hobbies: any recreational sport, reading, traveling, Scrabble.

Bruce Redmond, Church Planting

Born and raised in the Chicago area.

Married Jackie in 1970.
Graduate of Moody Bible Institute with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Ministry.

Bruce has been a Sonlife Ministries trainer and a church health consultant and has served as a youth director, an associate pastor and a senior pastor (of a church that daughtered three new churches).

Bruce had been a church planting missionary and the Director of Church Planting in the Rocky Mountain District.

Bruce has been serving Church Planting for the EFCA in the Southeast since February 1, 2009. To serve this end even better, Bruce founded Planting Churches Ministries in 2017.

Jackie Redmond, Women in Leadership

Jackie Redmond was raised in Wisconsin and Illinois and is the free-spirited third born of 8 children. She resides in Friendsville, Tennessee with her husband Bruce, who serves as the Director of Church Planting for the Southeast District.

Jackie is also the executive director of ResoundNow, an equipping ministry committed to making disciples who make disciples.

She has five grown children including twins that joined their family at the age of 16. She has 12 grandchildren.

Hugo Concha, Spanish Ministries

Hugo was born and raised in Chile, South America.

As a young man, Hugo ministered with Youth With A Mission in Paraguay.

In 2003, Hugo moved his young family to Lebanon, Pennsylvania to serve with the EFCA as a pastor and a church planter.

Hugo and his wife, Gissella (and their three boys), moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2016, joining the Southeast District team as a catalyst for Spanish-speaking ministries.
